Visual Scribing at SOSE Staff Conference, Dumfries

Helen was invited to attend the South of Scotland Enterprise staff conference at the Bridge in Dumfries. A gathering of 120 staff from across the entire organisation, this was a day primarily to reflect on the values that underpin their work. Helen's role was to capture the output from a values exercise that took place in small facilitated groups feeding back to a final plenary. Helen prepared the framework for the graphic before staff arrived on the day but the majority of the content was added during the 45 minute plenary session at the end of the morning.
