Working with groups is what I love to do. Building rapport and really listening to understand what is needed for your meeting is my first step. As a facilitator, I'm calm but able to challenge when it's needed so that you get the most out of your session. I'm a great listener and I naturally tune into the said and unsaid. The quesions I ask will help you to teaze out your own thinking. You'll do much more of the talking than I will! 

As graphic facilitator, I work closely with a group to make sure that I'm recording everything accurately. I use the visual record to engage and involve everyone, regularly feeding back to the group what I've captured, picking out themes and unresolved issues, checking that nothing has been missed.
