North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust - Autumn 2023

In the autumn of 2023, I was invited to work with North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust on three separate assignments. The first, a Women in Leadership event, was brilliantly facilitated by Claire-Marie Boggiano and I provided a scribing role for the whole day - a series of keynote speakers and interactive exercises for the 80+ participants. The panels I produced - Survive, Thrive, Flourish - are now on display on notice boards in the hospital. 

 

 

On my return visit, I was asked to graphically record a Celebrating Excellence event, which showcased a number of recent pioneering initiatives within the Trust. Across a morning, in a lecture-style format, I recorded eight or nine live presentations. I worked on flexiboards propped up on a custom-made easel. 

 

November saw the launch of the Faculty, bringing together under one umbrella, many strands of learning, leadership and improvement. My role at this drop-in marketplace-style event was to capture the key components on one central graphic.
